All details have been planned and all of your hardwork is becoming a reality. Whether you’re planning a baby shower, bridal shower or first birthday party, our DOC (day of coordination) services below will allow you to relax and enjoy your special day.

We will see you at the venue and coordinate your perfect celebration!

TDO package includes:

Pre-Party Services

• Unlimited planning sessions to create your customized timeline

• In person meeting/walkthrough at the venue to go over all details, timeline and set up

• Reach out to all vendors, for introductions, confirmation of event details, distribute timeline, and give out important contact information

• Provide vendor recommendations

Day-of Party Services

• Prepare space and presentation for food/catering (home events)

• Point of contact all day for event questions that vendors, friends, or family may have

• Accept day of deliveries and manage any vendors that remain on-site (i.e. rentals, florals, dessert, etc) to provide direction

• Set up and arrange all personal items and event décor (i.e. linens, florals, dessert setup, picture frames, music etc.)

• Review final set up before guests start to arrive

• Welcome and direct guests; accept coats and personal items

• Accept and organize gifts

• Facilitate event activities

• Assist with replenishment of food/drink or work with caterer to ensure presentation is always full

• Make sure the event stays on time according to timeline

• Know the catering services schedule, and help ensure that guests are served at the appointed time with the proper flow of food and drinks

• Prevent and fix any problems that may arise during the event

• Remain easily accessible through the entire event in case there are any details that to be attended to

• Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors

• Take down services can be included in package for an additional fee

• MOST importantly, ensuring our clients are guests, so they can be present and enjoy their celebration
