The wedding day has arrived!

All details have been planned and all of your hardwork is becoming a reality. Our DOC (day of coordination) services below will allow you to relax and enjoy your special day. We will see you at the venue and coordinate your perfect wedding day!

TDO package includes:

Pre-Wedding Day Services

  • Unlimited planning sessions to create your customized wedding day timeline

  • In person meeting/walkthrough at the venue to go over all details, timeline and set up (Bride & Groom only)

  • Reach out to all vendors, for introductions, confirmation of event details, distribute timeline, and give out important contact information

  • Arrive on location for rehearsal, to coordinate and guide the wedding party down the aisle as practice for the big day (we donโ€™t stay for dinner)

Wedding Day Services

  • Point of contact all day for wedding questions that vendors, wedding party, or family may have

  • Arrive on location before deliveries need to be accepted (i.e. rentals, florals, cake, etc) to provide direction

  • Set up and arrange all personal items and dรฉcor according to floor plan (i.e. champagne flutes, cake cutters, guestbook, table numbers, menu cards, name/escort cards, etc.)

  • Distribute all flowers to remaining bridal party and family members

  • Review final set up before guests start to arrive

  • Guide wedding party down the aisle and through the ceremony

  • Cue ceremony musicians/DJ when bridal party is ready to begin processional

  • Make sure the ceremony and reception stay on time according to plan

  • Cue & organize wedding party for introductions into cocktail hour/reception

  • Cue band/DJ of important announcements to direct guests or important events

  • Cue couple, band/DJ, photographer, videographer, and immediate family members of the couple when important events take place at reception (first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and toasts)

  • Cue parents, best man, maid of honor, honored guests when they are about to give toasts

  • Know the catering services schedule, and help ensure that guests are served at the appointed time with the proper flow of food and drinks

  • Prevent and fix any problems that may arise during the event

  • Remain easily accessible through the entire event in case there are any details the couple would like attended to

  • Responsible for getting all gifts and cards to a designated guest or parent to take home for bride and groom

  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the night

  • MOST importantly, ensuring the bride and groom are guests, so they can have an amazing time at their reception
